⚡️ Researchers of the Department of Optics are among the winners of the competitive call “Leading Science in Ukraine” of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine!

⚡️ The project “Generation and recombination of non-equilibrium charge carriers in GeSn compounds”, planned for 2024–26, has been recommended for implementation with grant support.

⚡️ GeSn compounds are promising materials for semiconductor lasers, photodiodes and other electronic devices. Comprehensive studies of these compounds open the way to their practical application in modern near-infrared optoelectronic devices.
